Esther Emery Longs for “A God with Teeth”

Writing for the Deeper Story blog, Esther Emery discusses her longing for the “tall-as-the-trees God,” not a “God that could be kept, like a pet, in an air conditioned building.”

In just a few hundred words, Esther presents the reader with a compelling and resonant concept.  What if no one else is ever going to tell us where to look and what to do to find and know God?  What if each of us is the one person who knows exactly where to find God for ourselves?
